Hi admin, Do we get an email once the funds have been returned or do we have to keep checking the wallet? I sent my request 10 hours ago...should I expect them within the next 12? I'm majorly pissed about this incident...I haven't taken drastic actions yet but this has cause me many problems... You will get an email. We have a very high volume of emails to get through, but yours should be processed within a few hours. |

I did not know that your website and account were hacked - even though it happened yesterday or even 2 days ago, nobody notified me in my email address otherwise I could have prevented the loss. Now since my ETH value of USD 2500 was sent today to my original wallet account, can you confirm you can recover my ETH? I would think after you noticed the hack, you have made arrangements that Ether sent after the hacking was save and transferred to another account? how to get my money back which was sent today June 1?

The price of Ethereum can change, so it depends. We have enough Ethereum to cover about 40% of ETH that users had overall. How will the rest be raised to cover 60%...it seems unrealistic... As we mentioned, we will be selling off some projects and we believe we can raise enough money to cover everything, but it will take a few weeks at least. |
