How do I get my key for my wallets? I need this to get balances from my mining pool. Alternatively, why can't you turn my account back on so I can complete the mining of my coin and remove my balance from my account on your site. Finally, before I could turn off my mining rig, it deposited two ether balances into two two wallets. Obviously I had no access as your site was closed to users but within hours the new balances were stolen. How do you explain this and why would you not refund me these amounts? Anyone else in the same boat? I am in the same boat, after the initial hack I continued to deposit a number of eth until I realised that the account had been hacked. Through ether scan I could see that those eth were transferred to a different wallet than the thief which I have assumed has been taken by the website and added into the kitty. It would be good to seek confirmation of this. I also have eth in a mining pool which I cannot transfer to my wallet, I assume that the mining pool won't transfer those eth to a different wallet if you can provide them with the email address linked to it but I have not asked. Given it has been several days since we have seen any response from the admins it would be good to have an update from the admin team on what is happening.

The sudden drop in the price of ether could be as a result of massive selling of ether, have you taken all our ethereum and converted to cash??? I used etherscan to follow where my funds went, they were converted to another currency using changelly from memory. Makes me sick to think someone has stolen our ether.

We've already disbursed over 1500+ Ether for the first disbursement. It's safe to say most users with significant holdings have already contacted us for the 40% and have received it. We're working on building a platform to sell the site with, and ETH prices moving down is a better thing for this recovery project. If it drops low enough, we will be able take the hit on the losses without selling the site. This whole process has been manual so far, and has taken countless hours to disburse already due to lack of automation in this. We're trying to move to a better system rather than replying to everyone's request and matching it manually. As well, there are too many emails that don't provide the right information, or we simply can't deal with at the moment. Furthermore, there are also a lot of emails from people who used a fake wallet from another website, and somehow ended up at our site because the domain name was similar. Please check you actually had an account with us. Again, there are users confusing us with a .info website that is advertising on Google and has copied our name.
We understand there are still users with losses - however, we are confident we can get everyone back their ETH in this climate. The volume of support requests have prevented us from getting back to everyone on time, as we're trying to rebuild the site and restore operations back to normal. As you guys can see, we've already had many users who have received their Ether back, but we aren't able to do it in a short timeframe due to the high volume of users, requests, and emails we have to solve.

So,when precisely are you going to finish building the site?,I feel the low price of ether is momentary,so you have to hasten up with your plans

Received 40%. But, still have very strong concerns as to the remaining amount owed. Since depositing 50 ETH in my wallet, the price has gone up 450%. Having read the various comments left by Admin on how you intend on replacing that which was stolen, it is not a plan...Suggesting that selling projects, and/or selling the site (or part of it) is not a confidence builder. A business plan presented to a buyer showing 60% loss of tokens (at an ever increasing $ value in the future) does not reflect a positive foundation. If you truly are planning on restoring that which was stolen, you need to stem the outflow of loss (increasing in value every day). It is my contention (if you plan on restoring your brand name), that it would be advisable for you to immediately secure funds, restore the tokens, then begin to reap the profits that are going to be plentiful in the future of ETH. If you take any other route, then it seems that you are not intending to make things right. I hope that you will do the ethical thing and make a strong commitment at this time. Thanks Came back to consider your suggestion. After a lot of consideration, we think it may be best to cap the value maximum at the time of the hack, which the price was around $220, in order to make it feasible that we can at least pay everyone back the original value at the time. Ethereum prices look strong, and it would be difficult to make up for the 50% appreciation in value since the hack. This was what Bitfinex did when they were hacked, so we may have to take this approach for the next disbursement. We've updated the announcement post. A maximum cap on the value is a good idea, or else this project would be impossible if ETH were to rise to $10,000 hypothetically. USDT will help solve this problem of price fluctuation. Hopefully this compensation plan will be able to satisfy users, since it's a difficult situation for us as ETH keeps rising. We're still working on building a site to handle disbursements, as mentioned previously. Going forward, we are trying to take as many security measures as possible. The hack to our root account was devastating, and seeing in real time all the transactions out of the account into exchanges like Changelly and Shapeshift was disappointing. For us, we're essentially losing a successful project we had spent over a year on. Unlike the DAO hack, we aren't able to hard fork and reverse the blockchain back to the way they were prior. The exact source of the hack is undetermined - whether it was because of our migration process, or the something to do with the new web host we moved to - these were all possible vectors of attack, especially since we'd only migrated for two days. It was definitely not an issue with our code being vulnerable. We had ran that setup for nearly a year until the migration. If there's one thing we'd do differently, it would be to plan out and risk-assess everything before making major changes to our website. This migration was too hasty and was mostly done in a day to prevent our site from being down for too long due to maintenance. If anyone was online one or two days prior to the hack, they might've seen the maintenance message once or twice. These weeks since the hack has been stressful for us, as we've had to deal with so many things due to this one breach in our system. We want to make sure everything we build going forward is secure no matter what, and we want to place measures in that make it impossible for hackers to gain anything even if the root account is compromised.

What we can say is that the automated distribution system will be semi automated, and will be deployed in the coming weeks. It should have a login where people can request their reimbursement to a specific address.

Good to hear some feedback on the situation. Stay positive ppl! If it was a "scam" or "inside job" They would never have opened this forum in the first place so i have good hopes.

I have sent over 10 mails now with no response back. You owe me 9.85… ether, I have only receive 0.98… ether from you, not nearly 40%, more like 9% when will I receive more? As per other responses I can see that other users have received 40% already? You paid me out less than the payouts after the hack. I would like some reply on this matter from you.

Thankyou for your reply Admin. I can understand the stress you are going through and believe you will be true to your word. I will be a loyal user of your wallet in the future when all the ether is returned.

1 month since the latest official update in the main page. Admin, do you have news? And if you're saying that you're busy with manual refunds, I don't believe you have much credibility.

Another chance to buy all the Ether at the price it was, when we lost it. And I suppose, it will go down further. Keep an eye an cheap ethereum to send us back the missing ether.
